In Academics, the Weather Station Data was analyzed for the development of an Evapotranspiration model by students of Third Year B.Tech (Civil Engineering). This research was integrated into the curriculum for the Course ‘Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering’ during the Academic Year 2024-25.

Three students from Third Year Civil Engineering analyzed Weather data specifically under the theme ‘AI for Climate Change’. Their project, titled ‘Predictive Water Management for Climate Change – Smart Farming’, was successfully selected and represented for the 2nd round of PCCOE International Grand Challenge 2025, Pune.
