Weather Station Installed at PCCOE Campus Roof
Real-time Meteorological parameters monitoring interface
An Automatic Weather Station (AWS) is installed within the PCCOE college campus by Prof. Neal Philip and Prof. Paramita Sen, Bronx Community College (BCC), City University New York (CUNY) in association with the US Consulate Mumbai on 3rd November 2023.
The real-time meteorological parameters are monitored. The system continuously records temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind characteristics, and atmospheric pressure (Data recorded since 4th November 2023). In addition, the system records Air Quality Index pertaining to particulate matter.
The data supports academic teaching, student projects, and research in civil engineering, environmental science, and sustainability studies.
