Registered coordinators and their respective institutes shall undergo an assessment process conducted by IIRS–ISRO. Upon approval, coordinators will receive official login credentials via email to access the ISRO E-CLASS Coordinator Management System (CMS) at https://eclasscms.iirs.gov.in.
Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating the IIRS–ISRO Outreach Programme at their institute and actively encouraging eligible students to enroll in the online courses offered under the programme.
Coordinators shall review and approve student applications submitted under their institute through the E-CLASS CMS, based on the applicant’s academic performance, aptitude, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinators must facilitate and supervise live interactive sessions at their institute as per the official schedule and monitor student participation. Live sessions will accessible via the E-CLASS CMS and the IIRS–ISRO Outreach YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/@iirsoutreachdehradun).
Coordinators are required to submit the daily attendance of participating students through the E-CLASS CMS in a timely and accurate manner, as per IIRS–ISRO guidelines.
Coordinators shall oversee and supervise the online examinations conducted as per the schedule. Examination URLs and passwords will be shared by IIRS–ISRO prior to the examination, and coordinators must ensure strict confidentiality and integrity of the examination process.
Coordinators are responsible for downloading, signing, and distributing the Course ‘Merit Certificates’ issued by IIRS–ISRO to eligible students who successfully meet attendance and assessment requirements.
IIRS–ISRO recognizes the valuable contributions of nodal centre coordinators in promoting space science, applications, and technology. Upon successful completion of the programme, coordinators will be awarded a Certificate of Coordination, and participating institutes will receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
