The course work shall be treated as prerequisite for PhD Programme. PhD course work shall be of 16 credits.

Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has a mandatory two-credit "Research and Publication Ethics" course for all Ph.D. students. This course, approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), is a pre-registration requirement for students admitted after December 2019.
